Sidepiece is a hand roll bar, not a data business. Here's everything this site does with your information.

The Thursday list

If you sign up for the Thursday list, we collect your email address. That's the only thing we ask for.

When you sign up, your address passes through a small relay on our own domain (join.sidepiecesc.com, run on Cloudflare) on its way to MailerLite. The relay only forwards it and doesn't keep a copy.

Your address is stored with MailerLite, the service we use to send the email. We use it to send the weekly list and nothing else. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else.

You'll get a confirmation email first, and you're not on the list until you confirm. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave whenever you want.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set cookies or run ads. It doesn't track you across other sites.

We count visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It tells us things like how many people visited, which pages they looked at, what sent them here (a link, a search, Instagram), their country, and what kind of browser and screen they used. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build a profile of you, and doesn't store your IP address.

Like most websites, this one also loads fonts from Google Fonts and a few scripts from jsDelivr. Those services see your IP address when your browser requests the files, which is how the internet works, and they have their own privacy policies.

Other sites

Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, and their privacy policies apply there.

Your information, your call

Want to know what we have, or want it deleted? Email hello@sidepiecesc.com and we'll take care of it.

If anything here changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
